We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and include its original packaging whenever possible. Items that are excessively damaged, heavily soiled, or show signs of misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. PawNest does not cover return shipping costs for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so our team can review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, heavily soiled, altered, or returned without prior authorization.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or product is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in good condition and include its original packaging whenever possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
